A very special thank you to the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) for honoring Connection with the Pro Patria Award! This award is given to employers who support members of the National Guard and Reserve—through leadership and practices or policies that make it easier for employees to participate in Guard and Reserve activities.
Everyone at Connection is proud of the work our local National Guard and Reserve members do to help others—both here in our community and abroad. We are incredibly grateful for their dedication and service to our country. That’s why we worked closely with ESGR to create a program designed to help Guard and Reserve members succeed in their civilian professions as well. Together, we’re helping service men and women create professional resumes and prepare for job interviews with 1:1 coaching sessions. Connection also hosts interview seminars and works with ESGR to find the right positions for National Guard and Reserve members on our team.
