On August 20–23, Connection employees ran and walked in the Cigna/Elliott Virtual 5k Challenge. This year, Cigna and Connection continued to help fight cancer and support the ongoing construction of the new $29 million Elliot Regional Cancer Center in Manchester, NH. The new regional cancer center will house multiple cancer specialty treatments and support services under a single roof—unlike any other cancer care facility in all of southern New Hampshire!
Unwavering Community Commitment
More than 100 employees participated in the virtual 5k and did a fantastic job supporting expanded cancer care! At the conclusion of this year’s challenge, the Connection Team:
- Raised a total of $1,075
- Achieved one of the top 3 fundraising spots
- Donated an additional $1,000, for a whopping total of $2,075
As part of our Connection Cares Program, Connection is proud to support the cancer care journey and recovery!
